Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer worldwide or international shipping.

Order Processing, Cut Off and Delivery Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: Monday to Friday at 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00). Orders placed before 05:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 05:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time: All orders require approximately 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) for processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Transit Time: All orders take 2 to 5 Business days in transit.
  • Delivery Time: The total delivery timeframe includes handling time + transit time. Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Status

Order Changes

  • Please note: Changes cannot be made once your order has entered the shipping process.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@tressica.store within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional reshipping charges.
